About the Website
Most studies and research on the Arabic language have focused on Modern Standard Arabic, which means that resources to learn MSA are available in abundance, yet it is not easy to find good learning resources for Arabic dialects. This website is created with the intention to fill the gap by providing an introduction to Palestinian Arabic as well as information on resources for independent study of this particular dialect that are suitable for both the beginners and the more serious learners. As you may notice, many of this website's pages are still being developed, so please bear with me while I add content.

About Me
I am an ordinary man with a passion for languages. Besides my native Indonesian, I have learned English, French, and a little Spanish, German and Dutch. Being a Muslim, I have been able to read Arabic since I was 5 for I am not a native Arabic speaker yet am captivated by the immense depth and beauty of the Arabic language. I have been learning Standard Arabic for close to six years and the Palestinian dialect in the past couple of years, mostly independently though I have also attended MSA classes for two years at an Arabic language institute in my hometown. For me, learning Arabic is a personal enjoyment and has been an amazing experience. By putting up this website, I want to share the little pieces I have learned with those who share the same passion for this beautiful language. It is also a way to keep myself motivated in my quest to become proficient in the language, inshallah. Being a non-native speaker, there is a good chance that I make mistakes in delivering the information on this website. So if you find errors and mistakes, or if you have comments or suggestions, please let me know by sending me an email so I can make corrections and improvements. Also don't forget to sign up below to receive updates on new materials.
I hope you find this website helpful and informative, and I wish you all the best with your Arabic studies!
